The training was fab and Rasheed our InterCHANGE trainer was a delight.  He knew his subject inside out and was able to pass on his enthusiasm to all the course attendees. I have gained confidence and no longer over think and complicate my presentations. Since the training I have given one formal presentation and despite a few nerves it all went well. People were really buzzing after the course which was both informative and great fun.
