Often we hold ourselves back from achieving our full potential for hidden unexamined reasons. Ask a few simple and powerful ‘barrier busting’ questions to boost your employees’ confidence and expand their thinking. 
 
For instance: 
 
If you knew you were talented, how would you perform at work? 
If you were achieving your very best at work, what would you be doing / what would be happening? 
If you knew you were confident and capable, how would you present yourself to others? 
If you trusted your ability to achieve your aspirations, what would they be?
