“I worked with Catherine as she guided a small group of three delegates through a series of fairly intensive experiential exercises. She paced the session perfectly and established a level of safety and trust which enabled people to work through some difficult personal work situations and end the session feeling much better equipped to deal with them on their return to the workplace. As well as these specific personal learnings, there was a high degree of quality reflection which I believe will allow participants to broaden their learning and apply it to a wide range of situations. I really hope to work with Catherine again in the near future.” Business Actor, Management Trainer, Workshop Designer
