Testimonials

“Members of the team and I thoroughly enjoyed the day developing as a team whilst having fun.  The experience made us take a fresh look at others and ourselves, in addition to focusing on changes that we can make for the better in terms of communication and understanding. We took a great deal from the whole experience and the profiles give us direction for future personal and team development areas.

It has set us on a very positive course with real actions to continually develop.  I would not hesitate to recommend Tracey and her team to offer a personal, tailored approach that challenged our thinking. It’s up to us now, to own this and re-visit it for the good of all and future business growth.”

Team Impact Day – Managing Director, Icon Exhibitions

“The facilitator was excellent. The practical tasks helped highlight real skills – rather than on other events I have attended you work on a hypothetical situation. As a result, I want to delegate and empower my team. I will focus on the little things to make a difference – treating my team as individuals to get better results”

Developing Team Leader Skills – Future & New Team Leader Delegate Feedback, University of Westminster

“Tracey worked with me as a business coach when it was absolutely critical that I engaged the key stakeholders in my business. My mission was to ensure that I had all my stakeholders on board so that I could strengthen our people plan by securing further investment.

Through our coaching conversations, I was able to explore strategies to make this happen. As a result, I have implemented a range of solutions into the business which have been described as “inspirational.” One to one coaching allowed me to move things forward faster than if I had tried to achieve this alone. Tracey is a fantastic coach who challenged me in all the right areas.”

Coaching – Tracy Rawnsley, National Training Manager, Quadrant (Part of the Compass Group)

“I have undergone leadership and management development with Tracey Willmott, which consisted of several one to one coaching sessions.

The one to one sessions are great and have increased my confidence and allowed me to understand and challenged my thinking regarding what I need to do to be influential in the workplace. The sessions were challenging and they really forced me to reflect of my performance and make improvements; working with continuous action plans.  The whole programme has been excellent and given me the tools to change and provided me with a real impetus to do so.”
