"Claire Gold, member of InterCHANGE Associate team, successfully facilitated an interactive mentoring training session for staff at Bentley Wood High School to help them provide additional support for students using a student centred mentoring approach.
The group explored the important role empathy, reflective listening and open questions play in boosting their students’ confidence and self-reliance, thus helping them achieve their full potential".
