What is this Change Management Training course about? 

Change is one thing that we can all be certain of in our working lives. Change in the workplace is inevitable and increasing in frequency and pace. Most staff, understandably, dislike the idea of changing their working processes, it may seem unnecessary, and it is often unsettling. 
 
The Change Management Training is about supporting managers to respond positively to change and, in turn, encourage their staff to do the same.
