Bentley Wood High School

Claire Gold, member of InterCHANGE Associate team, successfully facilitated an interactive mentoring training session for staff at Bentley Wood High School to help them provide additional support for students using a student centred mentoring approach. The group explored the important role empathy, reflective listening and open questions play in boosting their students’ confidence and self-reliance, thus helping them achieve their full potential
