InterChange delivered a Leadership Development programme to our senior management team at Lambeth College during the academic year 2015-16. Participant managers agreed that the overall programme was very worthwhile.
The facilitator, Rasheed Ogunlaru, delivered workshops covering the themes: leadership, team development, communications and influence, coaching and facilitation, managing change, challenge, transformation and creativity. The diverse range of exercises and processes Rasheed introduced were excellent and thought provoking; the discussions and highly interactive activities equipped managers with the appropriate tools to further develop their approaches in leading organisational improvement. Equally, managers felt quite empowered in engaging proactively throughout the programme. The session on coaching was particularly powerful and is helping us to embed this approach in everyday interactions. Bonds within the team are stronger and levels of awareness of ourselves and each other are certainly higher.
InterCHANGE have been great to work with – organised, responsive to our needs and we appreciated the time and effort they took to really understand our particular challenges and ambitions. The College is very satisfied with the excellent delivery and service provided by InterChange. The practical approaches to management, problem-solving and change management demonstrated their understanding of our organisation’s needs and that of the Education and Training sector.
