Tavistock and Portman – NHS Foundation Trust

The Trust has worked with InterCHANGE for some years now mainly in the delivery of soft skills training for staff. The feedback from staff attending their programmes has been excellent and personally, I have always found their trainers to be extremely knowledgeable and competent in their delivery. I have also found the company as a whole to be quite innovative, extremely good to deal with and always willing to go the extra mile to adapt their programmes to fit the needs of an organisation such as ours.
